The minimum Custom order is $500.00, plus shipping. This price will get you a four string fretless bass, with a single MM style pickup, volume control, and Grover or similar tuners. A Kent Armstrong Humbucker Soapbar pickup is $75.00 extra.Your bass will be made of your choice of Domestic hardwoods, such as Maple, Cherry, Poplar or Walnut, with a Jatoba, Purpleheart, Persimmon or Ipe fingerboard. Side dots and strap buttons are included in this price. The bass will have a many layered Hand Rubbed Tru-Oil finish.

You must supply strings for basses of more than six (6) strings. http://conklinguitars.com is recommended for multi-string sets.
The Domestic woods used in your bass could cost $25.00 for 5 board feet of wood @ $5.00 a board foot. Exotics will cost from $7.00/bdft for Ambrosia Maple to $30.00/bdft for some Rosewoods. So even the most expensive woods will only add $150.00 to $200.00 to a bass.See www.Walllumber.com for a link to our wood supplier. Steve Wall often has special boards at a premium price, and is easy to do business with.
We are happy to discuss graphic work. However,we do not do airbrush work, but will be happy to contract out such work.
We are are also willing and competent to sculpt or carve designs, logos and mottos into the wood of the bass, or to design the whole bass around a motif.
Important Information: The minimum Custom order is $500.00. We require a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit before starting work.
Allow At Least TWO MONTHS for completion of your Bass.
